Poly-V Belts

A ribbed V-belt is usually the better choice in modern applications because it is flatter and wider. It has several longitudinal ribs, which allows it to transmit more power, bend more tightly, and drive several conveyor rollers with just one belt.

The ribbed V-belt is an evolution of the V-belt. The difference lies in its design. First, it is wider than a normal V-belt; second, the underside of the ribbed V-belt is not smooth but has several ribs. This increases the area of transferable power. Ratios of up to 1:60 are also possible. The smallest diameter for the smallest PH profile starts at 8 mm.
